“A lovely little gem of a motel. The rooms are a great size, comfy, with a fridge, toaster, microwave and tea & coffee. To top it off, there’s a pool with communal BBQs. The manager was friendly and really helpful, and sorted us out a late check out with no problem. There is an Italian restaurant on site (separately managed) which the food was amazing! “The new owner, Elizabeth, was very helpful, friendly and approachable. She bought the motel at the end of 2024 and is slowly improving it. The business and buildings had been a little tired when I visited 12 months previously, but already are noticeably better. The reception area is now a brighter, larger and more welcoming area to greet first arrival; though there are some facilities that still need maintenance such as the guest washing machine that I noticed was out of order, but not important...
